What are the different purchasing options for consumers?
How can a consumer place their order?
- Online: Customers can configure their vehicle, receive a code, and take that code to their selling local VW dealer. Local VW Dealers can simply pull up the customer design with the code and finalize the order. The local VW dealer sets the final price to cover any additional services or fees (i.e taxes, prepping the car for the install, install logistics, loaner vehicle, alternate transportation service, shop fees etc.)
- Point of Sale of the vehicle: Customers can configure their custom wrap and have the option to finance via VWFS during the purchasing process and arrange for installation prior to final delivery (Please review the policy published every quarter in the VWFS Handbook). The local VW dealer sets final price to cover any additional services or fees (i.e taxes, prepping the car for the install, install logistics, loaner vehicle, alternate transportation service, shop fees etc.)
- Pre-Sale of the sale of the vehicle: Local VW dealers may opt to customize VW models in inventory prior to the final vehicle sale. The local VW dealer can set the final price as with any after sales accessory that would appear on an addendum to the Monroney Label.
- Post Sale of the vehicle: Customer can opt to return to the selling or their preferred local VW dealer. A limited selection of Wrapmate Designs plus half-wraps are available for direct purchase from Wrapmate with no local VW dealer involvement if the customer so chooses.
